Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can open your order directly through your customer account and submit a return or cancellation request — no need to contact us first.
How to request a return or cancellation:

- Open the relevant order
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or cancel and follow the prompts
- Request a return or cancellation
Refund timeline: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
